About Me

For as long as I can remember, I have been driven by curiosity about human behaviour and a deep passion for helping others. I studied Psychology and English Literature at Stellenbosch University – a combination that reflects my interest in understanding myself and others.

I went on to complete my Honours in Psychology while working full-time, and thereafter a B.Psych in Psychometry. I joined a Cape Town psychology practice where I worked as a Psychometrist for several years, consulting with clients and providing supervision to interns.

Becoming a registered Life Coach felt like a natural next step. I completed the Integral Life Coaching course through UCT’s School of Business, drawn by the opportunity to work with clients in a more holistic, forward-focused way.

As someone diagnosed with ADHD, I have a personal understanding of what it means to navigate a world not always designed for the way your mind works. This lived experience, alongside my professional training, has given me a particular interest in neurodiversity and a deep empathy for clients on similar journeys.

Today, I consult in private practice and teach psychology students at Stellenbosch University and SACAP – work that keeps me closely connected to current research and the broader field. Outside of my professional life, I run Pooch Project, a NPO focused on animal welfare – because my drive to help extends beyond the consulting room.
